Hillary and Netanyahu discuss US "red lines" on Iran

As I noted in a previous post, it was starting to look increasingly likely that Israel might bomb Iran before the US November elections.  Now comes word that Israel and the US are discussing what "red lines" Iran would have to cross to have the US bomb Iran instead of Israel.

As is clear, the US would have a much better chance of setting back Iran's nuclear program, as the US is able to bring substantially more military assets to the effort.  According to an article in Reuters, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is negotiating with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on the US "red lines". So far, Clinton is not willing to give public "red lines" as for what it would take for the US to bomb Iran themselves.

Here is the Reuters article.
